The Buzz About Main Street Now

Alicia Calhoun, Elkton Alliance, Inc.

"My first #mainstreetnow conference has been amazing. The education content has been spot on. The relationship building has been exactly what I needed for 2 1/2 months in. Thank you to everyone who helped pave the way!"

Kim McAuliffe, Georgetown, TX

"Just wrapped up a great few days attending the 2023 Main Street Now conference in Boston. Great sessions, beautifully preserved historic buildings, fun and engaging public art, and lots of networking with colleagues from across the country. This year the conference had a record breaking 1,900 attendees and just within Boston there are 20 Main Street programs at work. This tells me the power of the Main Street movement is working effectively and more communities are revitalizing their downtowns. So encouraging and exciting!"

Patrick McMahon, Town of Windsor, CT

"Congrats to Main Street America for a great conference in Boston. Downtown professionals and volunteer board members gathered from across the country. Downtowns and neighborhood commercial districts are more important than ever. Connecting with others in the field and learning best practices and innovative strategies is essential."
